Cook like in Mallorca: Turbot filet in Potato Crust

The kitchen of Restaurant Ritzi has become known for many years now beyond Puerto Portals – Teleweb camera could enter to see, how a turbot fillet is prepared under potato crust.

Ingredients (1 person):

· 1 fillet of turbot, approx. 100g
· 50 gr grated potato
· 30g zucchini
· 30 gr aubergine
· 40 g red / yellow peppers
· 20 g sofrito
· 30 g frish tomato
· Pepper Salt
· Oil

This dish can be served with a sauce, in our example with saffron sauce, but it´s no must.
