The chef at Celler Sa Premsa Restaurant teaches us how to prepare one of the most characteristic recipes from the island: Cuttlefish Mallorcan Style.
· 1 spring onion
· 150 grams of clean cuttlefish
· 20 grams of pine nuts
· 20 grams of raisins
· 125 grams of crushed tomatoes
· Olive oil for frying
We put two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Then we add the cuttlefish cut into cubes, we will fry it for ten minutes.
Then add the spring onion cut and sauté for five minutes. The next step is to add the raisins and pine nuts and sauté a couple of minutes. Then add the chopped tomato and let cook over medium heat for ten minutes.
We will present the dish with a sprig of fennel.
